1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a DiroTix account you agree to these terms and conditions. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Your content
PRDs, prompts, repositories and other material you upload remain yours. You grant DiroTix a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use DiroTix to build or test software that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or attempts to compromise systems you do not own or have permission to test.
5. Third-party services
DiroTix connects to third-party providers such as Replit and AI model vendors on your behalf. Their terms apply to your use of those services, and usage-based charges may be incurred.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
7. Liability
DiroTix is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
